Terms & Conditions — NZIA in:situ + CAA General Assembly 2026

By registering for the NZIA in:situ + CAA General Assembly 2026 (8–10 September 2026, Aotea Centre, Auckland), you agree to the following terms.

1. Registration & Payment

  • Standard registrations must be completed through EventsAir, with secure payment processed via Stripe.
  • Prices are in NZD, inclusive of GST, and exclusive of processing or foreign exchange fees.
  • Full payment is required at the time of registration for all online ticket purchases. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is issued.
  • Exceptions: Bulk bookings of 10 or more registrations, exhibition booths, and sponsorship packages may be invoiced directly by the organisers.
  • Invoices issued for these items have a 7-day payment term, or must be paid no later than 10 business days prior to the conference, whichever comes first.
  • Unpaid invoices may result in cancellation of the booking or withholding of access to the event.
  • Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Unpaid registrations may be cancelled without notice.
  • Early Bird pricing applies only within the promotional period and must be paid in full at the time of registration unless invoicing arrangements have been approved.

2. Refunds & Substitutions

  • Refunds are available for cancellations received on or before 10 June 2026 (90 days prior to the event start date), less any transaction fees.
  • No refunds will be issued after 10 June 2026.
  • In the event of organiser cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
  • Name transfers are permitted at no charge. Please email conference@nzarchitects.com
  • to nominate a replacement delegate.

3. Privacy

By registering, you consent to your name, organisation, and email being shared with the organisers, venue, and select sponsors for event-related purposes only. You may opt out of the published delegate list by notifying the organisers in writing. Personal information is managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

4. Insurance & Liability

Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel, medical, and event insurance. The organisers accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

To the extent permitted by law, the organisers’ liability is limited to the amount of the registration fee paid.

5. Photography & Media

Photos and video may be taken during the event for promotional and archival use. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you advise otherwise at the registration desk.

6. Programme Changes & Force Majeure

The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme, speakers, or schedule where necessary.

The event organisers will not be liable for any loss caused by cancellation or postponement due to circumstances outside their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, or government restrictions.
